Please measure around your body (when you have your bras on) at the nipples level (not lower or higher than the nipple part).

Please measure around your body at right under your breast level

Please measure around your body at the smallest part of the waist (normally it is at around 5cm-6cm higher than the navel).

Please measure around your body at the hip bone level (normally this is where the 2 bones at the hips begin, you can actually touch these bones at the 2 sides of the body).

Please measure around your body at the biggest part of the hips.

Please measure exactly f rom the beginning of the shoulder, from this side (point), through the back of lower neck, to another side (point) of the shoulder.

Please measure around the lower neck, not the middle or the higher neck.

Please measure exactly from the beginning of the shoulder, along the outside of the arm to the end of your wrist (wgere your hand and your arm meet).

Please measure from the point where the neck and the shoulder meet, to the nipple.

Please measure from the point where the neck and the shoulder meet, crossing the nipple, to waist line (where you measured your around waist - around 5cm-6cm above the navel).

Please measure from the waist line (where you measured your around waist - around 5cm-6cm above the navel) to the floor, when you stand straight, without shoes.

Please measure from your waist line (where you measured your around waist - around 5cm-6cm above the navel) to middle of your knee.

Please measure your total height from top of the head to floor, when you stand straight and without shoes.

Please measure around your wrist at the part that your arm and your hand meet.

Please measure around your arm at 5cm lower than the armpit.

Please measure around your arm through the armpit to shoulder (normally this is the part connecting the sleeves to the body of the shirt).

Please measure from the right above the ears, through the forehead, to right above of the other ear, through the lower back of the head and come back to where you started.

Please start from the side of the neck (where the neck and the shoulder meet) through the front body (pasing through your nipple), through the crotch to the back, up to where you started (where the neck and the shoulder meet).

Please start at the front waist line (where you measured your around waist - around 5cm-6cm above the navel) through the crotch to the back waist line (where you measured your around waist at the back).

Please measure around your upper thigh, at around 3cm lower than where the legs begin (or at 3cm lower than the crotch).

Please measure exactly from the beginning of the shoulder, from this side (point), through the back of lower neck, to another side (point) of the shoulder.

Please measure exactly from the beginning of the shoulder, along the outside of the arm to the end of your wrist (where your hand and your aim meet).

Please measure around your arm through the armpit to shoulder (normally this is the part connecting the sleeves to the body of the shirt).

Please measure around your arm at 5cm lower than are armpit.

Please measure around your wrist at the part that your arm and your hand meet.

Please measure around your body at the nipples level (not lower or higher than the nipple part).

Please measure your total height from top of the head to floor, when you stand straight and without shoes.
